              – Where will I receive my order? –<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

              • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                – How long will it take for my order to arrive? –<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

                • Deliveries within Spain:<\/strong> Orders will be delivered to the specified address within 48 hours*<\/strong>\u00a0from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. * Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)<\/strong> will be delivered within 48 hours, provided someone is present at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If you request delivery to an address different from the one registered, and this requires the courier company to reroute the parcel due to a different postcode, an additional fee will apply. This fee is \u20ac5 for deliveries within mainland Spain. For deliveries outside the mainland, please contact us to check the applicable charges. Delivery times:<\/strong> Monday to Friday (working days), with deliveries made up until 7:00 p.m. at the address previously provided by the recipient.<\/li>\n

                  – Can I return my order? –<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

                  • The maximum period for accepting returns<\/strong>, is 15 days from the date of purchase confirmation<\/strong>. Items to be returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.\u00a0Returns of items that have been tampered with, opened, or tested will not be accepted<\/strong>. If your order arrives in poor condition, you must note this on the delivery slip provided by the courier and contact our Customer Service Department by email at info@nuggelasule.com.mx<\/strong> to inform us of the issue. Our team will then advise you on how to proceed with the return process.\n

                    Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, the packages will be inspected. If their condition is verified and the return is deemed appropriate, we will arrange a new shipment of your order. If the return conditions are not met\u00a0Nuggela & Sul\u00e9 will not accept the return and will inform the customer by email<\/strong>. Rejected items will remain available to the customer for 1 month at our warehouse. During this time, the customer may request re-delivery, but must cover all shipping costs in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    • Nuggela & Sul\u00e9 reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent after the deadline or that are not in the same condition as when delivered. In the event of loss, damage, or delay during shipping, the responsibility lies with the courier company, and the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of that company will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      • In cases where the return is due to a quality issue or an error on the part of Nuggela & Sul\u00e9, the return process and shipping costs will be covered entirely by us<\/strong>. We will arrange the collection of the defective product and proceed with the delivery of a replacement once the returned item has been received. If you wish to expedite the process, please send us a photo clearly showing the defect, along with the order reference. If the reason for the return is not related to quality or error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. The refund for the returned product will be processed within a maximum of 14 days<\/strong>, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        • If the order has already been processed and dispatched, and the customer requests a return, only the cost of the product will be refunded, not the shipping fees.
